All services are delivered onsite at the client property after inspection and agreement.

• Final pricing will be confirmed before starting the project.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance payment may be required before starting work.

• Remaining payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before execution.

• Delayed payments may affect project timelines.

5. Project Timeline

• Estimated timelines are provided before project start.

• Timelines may change due to site conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

• We will inform the client in case of any delay.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide access to the property during working hours

• Ensure availability of electricity and basic site conditions

• Clear the work area as required before starting

7. Warranty and Work Quality

• We aim to deliver high quality workmanship.

• Any issues must be reported within a reasonable time after project completion.

• Warranty, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned in the quotation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ghar Interior shall not be held responsible for:

• Pre existing structural issues

• Damages caused by third parties

• Delays caused by client side interruptions

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including images, logos, and service descriptions are the property of Ghar Interior and may not be copied without permission.

10. Cancellation Policy

• Advance payments may be non refundable once material procurement has started.
